Irish Concert Travel – Key Booking Terms

By booking with Irish Concert Travel you agree to the following key terms:

Transport only

Irish Concert Travel sells bus transport only. We do not provide event admission tickets unless clearly stated.

No-shows

You must arrive at your pick-up point 15 minutes before departure. If you miss the coach, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

Refunds

Bookings are non-refundable, except where:

• Irish Concert Travel cancels the service (full refund), or
• the event is cancelled (not rescheduled) before the service departs (partial refund may apply).

Event cancellation (partial refunds)

Where an event is cancelled (not rescheduled) and the coach has not departed from the origin pick-up point, refunds are:

• Cancelled more than 48 hours before departure: refund minus €5 per seat
• Cancelled within 48 hours but more than 4 hours before departure: refund minus €10 per seat
• Cancelled within 4 hours of departure: refund minus €20 per seat
• Cancelled after departure from the origin: no refund

Name changes

Name changes (transfer to another person) are permitted by email up to 72 hours before departure and may incur an administration fee. Bookings cannot be moved to a different date/service except at our discretion.

Strict no alcohol / no drugs

Irish Concert Travel operates a strict no alcohol and no drugs policy. Passengers may be refused boarding or removed without refund if intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or drugs.
