All Irish Concert Travel coaches depart a minimum of 30 minutes after the final encore. Each venue can differ, please refer to venue, page and/or check with driver. We allow sufficient, time to exit the venue and reach the coach park without needing to rush.
We make it easy.
Yes. You may leave personal items on the coach during the concert; however, please note that items are left at the owner’s risk. The coach will be locked and secured by the driver once all passengers have disembarked.
Yes, we highly recommend booking in advance as our services for major artists like those at the 3Arena or Croke Park often sell out weeks before the event. You can book your seat 24/7 through our secure online booking system.
Absolutely. We are a fully NTA (National Transport Authority) Licensed Operator. We have over 15 years of experience providing safe, legal, and professional transport across Ireland.
If the customer books the incorrect date or pick-up point, they must rebook the correct date and pick up point and email over both confirmation numbers and clearly highlight the booking number to be cancelled (This is only for bookings for the same event and must be done 5 days in advance of the event)
Bookings are non-refundable for any reason including but not limited to illness and bereavement
Event parking is decided by the National Transport Authority or the event organisers closer to the event date, Irish Concert Travel do not decide on the parking location for events

We do not have assigned seating on our bus services, seats are on a first come first served basis
Passengers may be split onto different buses as required for event day logistics. If you book all passengers on the one booking you are more likely to be kept together on the same bus.
